利用規約

1. サービス

Lightlyは、自分で選んだ時刻に起きる習慣と、史料を参照した建築の進行を 組み合わせた朝のアプリです。起床アラーム、起床確認、建築の工程、履歴、 ストリーク、Widget、建築解説等を提供します。

建築景観には、限られた資料に基づく推定、時系列の圧縮、視認性のための 表現上の調整が含まれます。教育上または学術上の完全な復元を保証するものでは ありません。

2. 利用資格

13歳以上の方が利用できます。居住地で未成年に該当する場合、保護者の同意を 得たうえで利用してください。

3. アラームと通知

本アプリは、利用可能なOSではAlarmKitを、それ以外ではローカル通知を利用して 起床を知らせます。端末の電源、音量、集中モード、通知・アラーム権限、 OSの制限、時刻や曜日の設定などにより、アラームが予定どおり作動しない場合が あります。

重要：生命、安全、医療、勤務、交通その他の重大な判断を、 Lightlyだけに依存しないでください。必要に応じて別のアラームも設定してください。

4. 無料機能とPremium

一部の工程、履歴、タイムラプス、Widgetの詳細表示、音、建築解説等は Premium機能です。 対象機能、商品、価格、期間は、購入前にApp Storeの購入画面または本アプリ内に 表示される内容が優先されます。

自動更新サブスクリプション

1. 月額・年額等の料金は、購入確認時にApple IDへ請求されます。
2. 現在の期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新を停止しない限り、同じ期間で 自動更新されます。
3. 更新料金は、現在の期間終了前24時間以内にApple IDへ請求されます。
4. 購入後は、iOSの「設定」→Apple ID→「サブスクリプション」から管理・解約できます。

買い切り

買い切り商品は自動更新されない非消耗型購入です。購入したApple IDで、 App Storeの仕組みを通じて復元できます。

購入の復元と返金

本アプリの「購入を復元」から、対象のApple IDに関連する購入を確認できます。 課金と返金はAppleが管理し、返金の可否はAppleの規約と法令に従います。

5. App Storeの条件

App Storeから取得した本アプリには、Appleの Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement も適用されます。本規約とAppleの条件が抵触する場合、Appleとの関係では Appleの条件が優先されます。

6. 禁止事項

次の行為を禁止します。

• 法令に違反する目的で利用すること
• 本アプリまたは関連システムの安全性・可用性を妨げること
• 不正な購入、権利の回避、第三者になりすます行為
• 法令で認められる範囲を超えて解析、改変、再配布すること
• 本アプリや素材に関する権利表示を削除すること

7. 知的財産

本アプリのコード、デザイン、文章、画像、音声、編集物等に関する権利は、 当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約は、個人利用のための限定的な 利用許諾を除き、権利を移転するものではありません。

8. 変更・中断・終了

品質改善、法令対応、セキュリティ、運営上の理由により、機能を変更、中断、 または終了する場合があります。継続的な提供が購入条件または法令上必要な場合は、 それらに従って対応します。利用者はいつでも本アプリの利用を終了できます。

9. 保証の否認と責任

本アプリは、適用法令で認められる範囲で「現状有姿」で提供されます。中断、 不具合、データ消失、アラームの作動、建築情報の完全性を保証しません。

当方は、故意または重過失がある場合、消費者契約法その他の適用法令で制限が 認められない場合を除き、本アプリの利用から生じる間接損害、特別損害、 逸失利益等について責任を負いません。

10. プライバシー

データの取扱いは、 プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

11. 規約の変更

必要に応じて本規約を変更する場合があります。重要な変更は、本ページまたは 本アプリ内で案内します。変更後も本アプリを利用した場合、適用法令で別途同意が 必要な場合を除き、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

12. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。適用される消費者保護法に別段の定めがある場合を 除き、本アプリに関する紛争は日本の管轄裁判所で解決します。

These Terms govern your use of the Lightly iOS app provided by Takase Higashiuezato. By downloading or using Lightly, you agree to these Terms.

Service and eligibility

Lightly combines a wake time you choose with the gradual construction of source-led architecture. It may provide alarms, wake confirmation, construction stages, history, streaks, widgets, and architecture notes. Architectural scenes may include interpretation, compressed chronology, and visual adjustments; they are not guaranteed to be complete academic reconstructions. You must be at least 13. If you are a minor where you live, use the app with a parent or guardian’s consent.

Alarms

Lightly uses AlarmKit where available and local notifications otherwise. Device power, volume, Focus settings, permissions, OS restrictions, and schedule settings may prevent an alarm from operating as expected. Do not rely on Lightly alone for safety-critical, medical, work, travel, or other important obligations; use a backup alarm when appropriate.

Premium purchases

Some stages, history, time-lapse, detailed widget views, sounds, and architecture notes may require Premium. The product, features, period, and price shown in the app and Apple purchase sheet before purchase control.

Auto-renewable subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation and renew for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. A lifetime product is a non-consumable purchase and does not auto-renew. Eligible purchases can be restored through the app using the Apple ID associated with the purchase. Apple manages billing and refund eligibility under its terms and applicable law.

App Store terms

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to an App Store download. Apple’s terms control your relationship with Apple if they conflict with these Terms.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not use the app unlawfully; interfere with its security or availability; make fraudulent purchases; evade entitlements; impersonate another person; reverse engineer or redistribute beyond what law permits; or remove rights notices. The app’s code, design, writing, images, audio, and edited materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. These Terms grant only a limited license for personal use.

Changes, disclaimer, and liability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for quality, legal, security, or operational reasons, subject to purchase terms and applicable law. Lightly is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, alarm delivery, data preservation, or complete architectural accuracy. Except where liability cannot be limited by law or results from intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses or lost profits arising from use of the app.

Privacy, changes, and law

See our Privacy Policy for data practices. We may update these Terms and will post material changes here or in the app. Continued use after an update means acceptance unless applicable law requires separate consent. These Terms are governed by Japanese law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Disputes will be resolved in courts with jurisdiction in Japan unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
