プライバシーポリシー

1. 適用範囲

本ポリシーは、Takase Higashiuezato（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ 「Lightly」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。バージョンによって機能と データの取扱いが異なるため、以下ではLightly 2.0とLightly 1.xを区別します。

2. Lightly 2.0で扱うデータ

端末内に保存するデータ

• 起床時刻、曜日、通知またはAlarmKitの予約状態
• 起床確認、設定時刻との差、ストリーク、建築の進行と選択シーズン
• Widget表示用のスナップショット
• 購入の中断や重複購入を防ぐための復旧状態と記録時刻

これらは本アプリのSQLite、AsyncStorage、App Group内のUserDefaults等に 保存されます。Lightly 2.0は、これらの進捗を当方のサーバーへ同期しません。

Firebase Analytics

Firebase Analyticsによる収集は初期状態ではオフです。設定画面の「プライバシー」で 「利用状況データの共有」を明示的にオンにした後だけ、品質改善のため、 オンボーディング完了、画面表示、起床結果、スケジュール保存、シーズン選択、 Paywall表示、確認済み購入などのプロダクトイベントをGoogleのFirebase Analyticsへ 送信します。Firebaseは、アプリインスタンス識別子、端末・OS・アプリバージョン等の 技術情報に加え、通信時のIPアドレス等から推定されるおおよその地域を処理する場合が あります。共有しなくても本アプリの機能や購入には影響しません。

正確な起床時刻、氏名、メールアドレス、GPS等の正確な位置情報、写真は分析イベントに 含めません。 広告識別子を利用する構成は含めず、当方は広告配信や他社のアプリ・Webサイトを またぐトラッキングのために分析データを利用しません。

同じ設定画面で共有をオフにすると、今後の送信を停止し、端末内のFirebase Analyticsデータをリセットして アプリインスタンス識別子を更新します。既に送信されたデータは自動的には削除されません。 当方が管理できるデータの削除を希望する場合は、下記窓口へご連絡ください。

RevenueCatとApple

Premiumの購入、復元、権利確認のため、RevenueCatとAppleが、匿名の アプリユーザー識別子、購入履歴、レシート、商品・権利状態、端末やアプリの 技術情報を処理します。Lightly 2.0はRevenueCatへ氏名やメールアドレスを 設定しません。支払情報そのものはAppleが処理し、当方はカード番号を取得しません。

Lightly 2.0で新たに扱わないデータ

Lightly 2.0は、端末の位置情報権限やGPS等の正確な位置情報、天気、 日の出写真、連絡先、Appleサインインのプロフィール、Morning Circleの投稿、 Firestoreのソーシャルデータ、Firebase Cloud Messaging tokenを新たに 要求または利用しません。

3. Lightly 1.xと移行データ

Lightly 1.xには、位置情報を利用した日の出・天気機能、Firebaseの匿名認証、 起床記録・スコア・ストリーク等のFirestore保存、通知配信のためのtoken、 任意のAppleサインイン、Morning Circle、公開モーニングボード、日の出写真が 含まれています。Lightly 1.xを利用している間は、これらの機能に必要なデータが 従来どおり処理される場合があります。

位置情報、日の出、天気

Lightly 1.xは、端末の緯度・経度と対象日を Sunrise-Sunset.orgへ送信して日の出・日の入り・薄明時刻を取得し、 緯度・経度と対象日をOpen-Meteoへ送信して雲量、天気コード、 気温を取得します。応答結果と座標を含むcache keyは端末内に保存されます。 この日の出・天気機能は正確な座標を当方のFirestoreへ保存しませんが、各提供者は 通信ログ等をそれぞれのポリシーに基づいて処理・保存する場合があり、当方はその 保存期間を管理しません。

Firebase Analytics

Lightly 1.xは、画面表示、onboarding回答（オンボーディングで選択した起床時刻帯を含む）、起床時刻との差 （分）、アラームの有効状態、購入商品、位置情報許可、ストリーク、写真・共有・ ソーシャル機能の利用等をFirebase Analyticsへ送信します。起床の悩み、紹介元、 motivation、睡眠への意識、選択した起床時刻帯をuser propertyとして設定する場合も あります。Firebaseはアプリinstance識別子と端末・OS・アプリの技術情報も処理する 場合があります。これらはLightly 1.xの取扱いであり、上記のLightly 2.0の Analyticsイベントには選択または予定した正確な起床時刻を含めません。

Appleサインイン

Lightly 1.xでAppleサインインを任意に選ぶと、Appleへ氏名とメールアドレスの scopeを要求し、Appleのidentity tokenをFirebase Authenticationへ渡します。 これによりApple credentialに対応するFirebaseアカウントへsign inし、初回は 新しいアカウントを作成します。それまでの匿名アカウントはlinkされません。 Firebaseから提供されるメールアドレス等はアプリ内のアカウント表示に使われる 場合があります。現在の実装は、Appleから返る氏名を別途保存しません。

Morning Circleと公開モーニングボード

Lightly 1.xのMorning Circleを利用すると、Firebase UID（Appleサインインを 選んだ場合はApple credentialで認証されたUID）、ニックネーム、avatar色、 Circle名・招待コード・参加情報、朝の勝ちの種類・日付・完了時刻・回数・ 復旧状態、およびreactionがFirestoreへ保存され、同じCircleのメンバーへ 表示されます。公開モーニングボードへ任意で参加すると、表示名、地域bucket、 起床時刻差のbucket、日付およびreactionが公開ボードへ保存・表示されます。 地域bucketには端末位置から得た市区町村名が使われる場合がありますが、正確な 緯度・経度は公開ボードへ保存しません。

日の出写真

Lightly 1.xで任意に日の出写真を撮影または選択すると、cameraまたは写真libraryの 許可を利用します。選択した画像は縮小して端末内だけに保存し、Firestoreへは uploadしません。写真fileは通常60日を超えると自動削除の対象になりますが、 cleanupに失敗した場合は端末内に長く残ることがあります。

Lightly 2.0への更新時には、端末内の旧起床記録とアラーム設定の一部を 端末内データへ変換します。旧FirestoreデータはLightly 2.0から新たに利用せず、 更新だけでは自動削除しません。旧データの削除を希望する場合は、下記窓口へ ご連絡ください。

4. 利用目的

• 起床アラーム、建築進行、Widget、履歴、Premium機能の提供
• 購入の検証、復元、不正・重複購入の防止
• 利用状況の集計、障害調査、品質と操作性の改善
• お問い合わせへの対応、法令・利用規約の遵守

5. 第三者サービス

本アプリは次のサービスを利用します。

• Apple — App Storeでの配布、課金、通知、AlarmKit
• Google Firebase — Analytics、およびLightly 1.xの旧機能
• RevenueCat — 購入・サブスクリプション・権利の管理
• Sunrise-Sunset.org — Lightly 1.xの日の出・日の入り・薄明時刻
• Open-Meteo — Lightly 1.xの天気情報

各事業者は、それぞれの利用規約とプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータを 処理します。当方は、本ポリシーと同等の保護を提供することを求める条件の下で 事業者を利用し、個人情報を販売しません。

6. 保存期間・削除・開示

Lightly 2.0の端末内データは、本アプリとそのデータを端末から削除するまで 残ります。購入履歴、分析データ、Lightly 1.xの旧クラウド データは、サービス提供、法令遵守、不正防止に必要な期間、各サービスの ポリシーに従って保存される場合があります。利用状況データの共有をオフにすると 今後のAnalytics送信は停止しますが、既に送信されたデータの保存期間には各サービスの ポリシーが適用されます。

当方が管理するデータの開示、訂正、削除を希望する場合は、下記メールアドレスへ ご連絡ください。本人確認や法令上の保存義務により、対応範囲が限定されることが あります。Appleの購入履歴やサブスクリプションはApple IDの設定から管理できます。

7. 安全管理

通信の暗号化、iOSのアプリサンドボックス、App Groupのアクセス制御など、 合理的な安全管理措置を用います。ただし、電子的な保存・通信に絶対的な 安全性を保証することはできません。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、13歳未満の個人情報を 意図的に収集しません。

9. 変更

機能や法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、 本ページまたは本アプリ内で案内します。

Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Lightly iOS app provided by Takase Higashiuezato (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Because data practices differ by version, this policy distinguishes Lightly 2.0 from Lightly 1.x.

Lightly 2.0

Lightly 2.0 stores your wake schedule, alarm reservation state, wake confirmations, time difference, streak, architecture progress, selected season, widget snapshot, and purchase-recovery state on your device using SQLite, AsyncStorage, and App Group UserDefaults. We do not sync this progress to our own server.

Firebase Analytics collection is off by default. Only after you explicitly enable “Share Usage Data” under Settings > Privacy does Firebase Analytics receive product events such as onboarding completion, screen views, wake results, schedule saves, season selection, paywall views, and verified purchases. Firebase may also process an app-instance identifier and technical information about the device, OS, and app version. Google Analytics may derive an approximate region from network information such as an IP address. Choosing not to share does not affect app features or purchases.

We do not include exact wake times, names, email addresses, precise GPS location, or photos in our analytics events. The app disables advertising identifiers, ad-personalization consent, and ad-network registration, and we do not use analytics for advertising or cross-company tracking. You can turn sharing off at any time under Settings > Privacy. Doing so stops future collection, clears on-device Firebase Analytics data, and resets the app-instance identifier. Please note that already uploaded data is not automatically deleted; contact us to request deletion of data we control.

RevenueCat and Apple process an anonymous app-user identifier, purchase history, receipts, product and entitlement status, and related technical information to complete, verify, and restore Premium purchases. We do not provide RevenueCat with your name or email address. Apple processes payment details; we do not receive card numbers.

Lightly 2.0 does not newly request device-location permission or use precise GPS location, weather, sunrise photos, contacts, an Apple sign-in profile, Morning Circle posts, Firestore social data, or Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens.

Lightly 1.x and migration

Lightly 1.x includes location-based sunrise and weather features, anonymous Firebase authentication, Firestore storage of wake records, scores and streaks, notification tokens, optional Sign in with Apple, Morning Circle, a public morning board, and optional sunrise photos. Those data may still be processed while you use Lightly 1.x.

For sunrise and weather features, Lightly 1.x sends device latitude, longitude, and the requested date to Sunrise-Sunset.org for sunrise, sunset, and twilight times and to Open-Meteo for cloud cover, weather code, and temperature. Responses and cache keys containing coordinates are stored on-device. The sunrise and weather feature does not write precise coordinates to our Firestore, but each provider may process and retain network logs under its own policy; we do not control that retention.

Lightly 1.x sends Firebase Analytics screen views, onboarding answers (including the selected onboarding wake-time category), wake-time difference in minutes, alarm state, purchased product, location-permission, streak, photo, sharing, and social-feature events. It may also set wake concern, referral source, motivation, sleep awareness, and the selected wake-time category as user properties. Firebase may process an app-instance identifier and device, OS, and app technical data. These are Lightly 1.x practices; the Lightly 2.0 events described above do not include an exact selected or scheduled wake time.

If you optionally choose Sign in with Apple in Lightly 1.x, the app requests full-name and email scopes and passes Apple’s identity token to Firebase Authentication. This signs into the Firebase account for that Apple credential, creating one on first use; the previous anonymous account is not linked. An email provided through Firebase may appear in the app’s account display. The current implementation does not separately store the full name returned by Apple.

If you use Morning Circle, Firebase stores a UID (an Apple-credential-authenticated UID if you chose Sign in with Apple), nickname, avatar color, circle name and invite code, membership, morning-win type, date, completion time, count, recovery status, and reactions. These data are visible to members of the same circle. If you opt into the public morning board, Firebase stores and displays a display name, region bucket, wake-time-difference bucket, date, and reactions on the public board. The region bucket may use a city name derived from device location, but the board does not store precise latitude or longitude.

If you choose a sunrise photo from the camera or photo library, Lightly 1.x requests the relevant permission, resizes the selected image, and stores it only on-device; it is not uploaded to Firestore. Photo files are normally eligible for automatic deletion after 60 days, but may remain longer if cleanup does not complete.

On upgrade, Lightly 2.0 converts certain local wake records and alarm settings on-device. It does not newly use or automatically delete legacy Firestore data. Contact us if you want us to process a request concerning legacy data.

Purposes and providers

We use data to operate alarms, architecture progress, widgets, history and Premium; verify and restore purchases; prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions; measure and improve the app; provide support; and comply with law. The app uses Apple, Google Firebase, and RevenueCat, and Lightly 1.x also uses Sunrise-Sunset.org and Open-Meteo. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy, and we require protection equivalent to this policy when using those providers. We do not sell personal information.

Retention, deletion, and security

Lightly 2.0’s local data remains until you delete the app and its data. Purchase, analytics, and legacy cloud data may be retained as needed for service delivery, fraud prevention, and legal compliance under the relevant provider’s policy. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of data we control. Identity verification or legal retention duties may limit a request. Apple purchases and subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings.

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted transport, the iOS app sandbox, and App Group access controls, but no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Children and changes

Lightly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may update this policy as the app or applicable law changes. Material changes will be posted here or presented in the app.
